Catalyst Fund5 Results

and tallied the results for project catalyst fund five and i wanted to read them off for you guys so looking back fund two had 12 projects funded fund 3 had 21 projects funded fund four had 51 projects funded and now the close of fund five a total of 70 proposals were funded and seven community challenges were selected when you actually look at the votes tallied there were 250 000 total votes cast with 33 000 unique wallets that's pretty amazing participation fund four was 217 000 was 23 000 unique wallets looking back to fund two 24 000 votes cast with only 1700 unique wallets so that's pretty remarkable growth so fund five had about two million dollars in ada allocated fund six is going to open this week and the allocation is twice that four million dollars so things are eight weeks like clockwork these things come out so it really shows you the power of decentralized funding and the level of community engagement that you can get it's kind of funny people keep saying we're a ghost chain but we've built in one of the greatest growth engines ever conceived in the cryptocurrency industry and it's just in its infancy we don't really need sequoia or klein or perkins or people to give us a lot of vc love because we have our own vc we're reinventing everything we're changing every game here with cardano we don't need permission we don't need approval we don't need the love of the media or silicon valley we just need each other and we just need to keep the faith and keep growing keep building and it's really amazing to see what you guys in this community have achieved in such a short period of time and long-term catalyst really is the shining city on a hill that'll get us where we need to go and make cardona a damn good place to live so thank you all for
